12.1 Termination by sm bet

Upon termination for cause, sm bet may forfeit any balance remaining in your account.

12.2 Termination by Player

Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination
